OAU undergraduate ‘caught performing gay acts on another student’

A student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Rowland Osuru Izuchukwu was allegedly caught while attempting to engage a fellow student in homosexuality.
The incident was said to have occurred January 15 at the upper buttery of the popular Awolowo Hall in the campus, barely a week after the anti-gay bill was signed into law by the presidency.

A teenage boy has had to undergo emergency surgery after a female police officer injured him during a search.

The mother of a little girl who was beaten black and blue by an 'out-of-control' two-year-old at nursery has called for the child's expulsion.
Katie Ann Guttridge, aged three, sustained a bruised eye socket, scratches and three bite marks when she was attacked by her classmate during playtime at Ratby Pre-School Nursery in Leicester.
The little girl's mother, Clara Mackow, said her daughter was almost blinded in the attack and that her injuries were so bad that she was taken to hospital with a suspected broken eye socket.
Police were called in to investigate the assault but were powerless to act because the girl who attacked Katie is below the legal age of criminal responsibility - which in this country is 10 years old.
When confronted by journalists, the mother of the violent girl refused to discuss her child's behaviour, saying only: 'My daughter is two years old. I want nothing more to do with this.'

The Catholic Bishop of Nnewi, Most Rev. Dr. Hilary Odili Okeke has appealed to Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State not to quit politics.
Okeke made the plea after the Governor’s proclamation that he was done with politics when he leaves office in March 17 this year.

Clearly Jim Iyke did not find the joke funny, he took to twitter to calle AY “Classless” for the joke, he tweeted, ““@AYCOMEDIAN Peo cross lines sometimes 4 relevance.It disappoints even more if it comes frm peo u deemed to hv self respect.#Classless”.
In an interview with Hip Hop World magazine, The comedian said the skit was designed to be a joke, saying
“It was designed to be a joke, it’s still a joke, I’m a standup comedian and we make people laugh for a living and comedians are social commentators”.
AY followed up his explanation with an apology to Jim Iyke for the skit.
“I’m sorry about it, it wasn’t designed to be detrimental in any way but if you see it that way, bro., I got nothing but love for you…I’m not classless and I know you know that”, he said.

2013 Big Brother Africa’s Ghanian representative, Elikem Kumordzie, has been taken to court on adultery charges by Nii Odartey Lamptey.
The former Black Stars Striker, Lamptey, has accused 2013 BBA housemate of going to bed with his wife.
He reportedly raised the matter and took legal actions against Elikem when he found out that his wife, whom he has been married to for 20 years, was having illicit affairs.

‘I didn’t know I was pregnant’: Nun gives birth in Italy, names baby Francis

A Salvadorean nun who said she had no idea she was pregnant gave birth in Italy this week after she felt stomach cramps in her convent and was rushed to hospital, Italian media reported on Friday.

A Winnipeg man who sexually abused and degraded his two daughters for nearly a decade made no secret of his cruel intentions in a video later seized by police.
“It’s supposed to hurt — that’s how I get pleasure. Don’t you know that by now?” the man tells his daughters in one of hundreds of r*pe videos recorded between 2002 and 2009.
The 49-year-old man cannot be named to protect the identities of his now adult daughters. He pleaded guilty last year to two counts each of s*xual interference, s*xual assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement, production of child p****graphy and one count of using an imitation firearm while committing a s*xual assault.
Prosecutors are seeking an order designating the man a dangerous offender, a move that, if successful, would see him held in custody indefinitely, only to be released when justice officials are satisfied he no longer poses a danger to society.
